一、一般條款
本網站會盡力提供飾品的最新資料及價格，以及存貨供應量，並保留權利更改貨品的價格而不作另行通知。如任何飾品因缺貨而未能提供予顧客，本網站有權拒絕接受該訂單，或提供相同種類及價格的貨品以供替代。倘若我們無法提供閣下訂單上的任何產品或服務，我們會透過電郵通知閣下。
General Terms
We will try our very best to provide the most updated information about article stock supplies and prices. We reserve the right to amend the prices of any articles without further notice. In the case when we cannot provide any required articles due to stock shortage, we reserve the right to refuse accepting any particular order or provide articles with the same price as alternatives. If we cannot provide any articles or services in your order, we will contact you via email.
二、購物條款
所有貨品之價值均以澳門幣計算，價值並以訂購當時所示為準。當客戶成功訂貨後，顧客必須於訂購貨品時以銀行轉賬或PayPal、VISA卡或萬事達卡等可被接受之支付方式支付有關款項。有關銀行或第三方貿易商用於處理信用卡交易通道發生故障時，本網站將不承擔任何責任。本網站會根據客戶所提供之資料提供服務。如因客戶提供錯誤資料或因任何非本網站所能控制之因素而影響訂購，本網站恕不負責。本網站保留該等貨品的所有權，直至貨品送抵給顧客，但若因顧客額外要求面而導致的任何損失， 本公司恕不負責。 顧客將於收取貨品時收到購物收據以作記錄。 若選擇寄貨, 請注意所有郵寄風險(包括郵寄導致貨品延誤、損毀、遺失或意外盜竊等)必須由買方自行承擔, 我方一概恕不負責. 如需我方證明已寄出貨品, 我方可提供郵寄證明。
Purchasing Terms
All products’ prices are in MOP, prices shown on the website when customers confirm an order shall prevail. Customers will be required to complete the transactions via Bank transfer/PayPal/Visa Card/Master Card or other available payment methods .We shall bear no responsibility should there be any malfunctioning of any third-party sites. Services provided are based on the information from our customers, e.g. shipping address, contact information, etc . If the ordering and shipping procedures are in any way affected or hindered due to any inaccurate information provided by our customers, we shall bear no responsibility. We reserve the ownership of any articles until they are shipped to customers. We can provide tracking numbers for the parcels. Receipts are available if requested.
三、不可抗力
倘若由於天災、火災、水災、意外、暴亂、戰爭、政府政策、罷工或任何本網站不能控制的情況而未能準確地提供閣下所需的服務，本網站均不會向使用者或任何第三者承擔任何責任。
Force majeure
Should we fail to provide services to any users due to any natural disasters, accidents, riots, wars, changes in government polices, strikes or any other situations that cannot be controlled or predicted, we shall bear no responsibility to any users or third-parties.

五、免費一次更換戒指尺寸服務
Complimentary Ring Resizing Service for Once.
Models, Colour and carat size cannot be exchanged.
關於退換戒指尺寸
購買前應與客戶服務確認尺寸，如收到後尺寸不合適需（2個工作天內）與我們聯絡安排更換，並在5個工作天內退回。我們提供一次換尺寸服務，只能換尺寸不能換款，但客戶需自行承擔商品來回運費。
·注意以上安排並不適用於訂做款式或訂做尺寸(#8-#11, #18-#23)均不能退換， 敬請見諒。
·如要更換尺寸，請保留購買資料，並保證商品完好， 並無任何人為損壞或使用 ，否則恕未能提供更換服務，敬請見諒。
About resizing
Before purchasing, please confirm your size with our customer service. If the size does not fit, please contact us within 2 working days. We offer free ring size exchanging for once. Customers are required to contact us and arrange for returning within 14days (upon receiving any articles).
Customers are responsible for shipping fees incurred during the process of returning.
-Please note that we only offer exchanging item sizes, not models, Colour or carat sizes.
-Note that the services below do not apply to custom-made models and sizes: #8-#11, #18-#23 cannot be resized, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
-If you want to exchange size, please retain any purchase information and ensure the goods are not damaged or used.
